The house is designed according to several major principles. They are modularity and simplicity of construction, passive climate sustainability, and use of local resources.
Eventually, the house is a place of light and life, where the family members would live together. In addition, the house is designed to be an example of fast and simple construction, as the modularity system can be easily scaled throughout the community, providing working processes and social housing.
